LUSH DARK ANGELS FACIAL CLEANSER | REVIEW

I have not tried many products from lush apart from face masks and it wasn't till i watched Amanda Ensing on YouTube that i found out about the Dark Angels Cleanser. Its an exfoliating charcoal and black sugar cleanser that is meant to absorb excess oil and brighten your complexion. Its infused with cold pressed avocado oil and vegetable glycerine to help moisturise your skin too as well as sandalwood and rosewood to give it that earthy smell.

I've been using this cleanser on and off for about a couple of weeks now and i love how smooth and clean my skin feels after using it. I take about the size of two pea's smooshed together and i add water until it turns into a thick paste and smear it all over my face paying special attention to my t-zone and where i suffer from blocked pores.

I find it can be a little messy to use and you have to thoroughly wash your face to remove every little bit as it tends to get stuck in your eyebrows and hairline but i don't mind that too much. I find my skin is a little too sensitive for me to use it on the daily but i like to use it every other day at the most and its been amazing at keeping my skin clear.

LUSH DARK ANGELS FACIAL CLEANSER | REVIEW

The price for 100g of Dark angels is £7.95 or £18.10 for 250g which is not too bad if you opt for the smaller size because if you used a pea sized amount like is recommended then you would not get to use it all before it goes bad and it would be a shame to waste such a great product.
