BODY SHOP SEAWEED MASK REVIEW

I have made no secret in my love clay face masks as i find them to work the best at drawing out all those nasty impurities and leave my skin feeling very clean. If you want to know what my thoughts were on this mask then keep on reading..

Body Shop Seaweed Mask Review

The mask claims to draw out impurities, clarify and refresh your skin, and is recommended for those with congested skin. The mask is very thick so you only need to apply a thin layer where you would need it the most as it will tingle. Leave for 10 mins then wash off and i thought it was very easy to remove no tugging at the skin needed.

The mask comes in a 100ml tub and will cost you around £14 which is a bit steep in my opinion but the Body Shop always has sales going on so i'm sure you could get it for cheaper. I found that there were no instructions on the packaging or any warning that your skin will tingle while wearing this mask. I normally prefer my masks to be in squeezy tubes as i find them to be less messy but i don't mind that as i usually apply face masks with a flat foundation brush.

When i first applied to my skin, i put too much on and soon after it really started to tingle which took me by surprise. I don't mind the seaweed smell and i don't notice it once it is on my skin. I loved how fast drying it was as i hate face masks that take forever to dry. I have used the mask twice so far and i can see improvement in how my pores are much less blocked. I hope if i keep using it on a weekly basis then i can see further improvement.

  1. This mask would be great for me for those times of the month as that's the only time I seem to get breakouts, they are such a nuisance but this mask may be a good thing to try for them! great post!
